Case Walker (Michael Jai White), a former MMA champion, now fights amateur bouts to mentor others. He reconnects with old friend Brody James (Josh Barnett), who asks Case to help him train for a championship fight in Thailand. At Top Fight Gym, Case faces resistance but earns respect after defeating arrogant fighter Cobra (Owen O'Brien). As Case bonds with Brody’s team and Myca Cruz (Gillian White), tensions rise over steroids and past secrets. Brody is injured, and Case is offered the fight. With support from Brody and Myca, Case defeats the monstrous Braga (Nathan Jones) using Kyokushin techniques. Case walks away victorious, having reclaimed his honor and purpose.
